The lease contracts are drawn up based on the company number. You can always manually adjust all data, in order to provide us with correct information.

This can only be done when the contract is still operative. Once the contract is expired, BNP will charge a certain amount for changing data. Unless you took the Service Plus Pack from BNP, then these services are free. 

where can I find the serial number of an i3 device?

  • Boards: below left at the bottom of the frame
  • Projectors: on top of the projector
  • Displays: left side of the display

How to install an i3 BOARD driver again?

There are 2 types of drivers:

  • For old boards you can use the driver of Gen 2,3,4
    This installation can be done according to the included instructions.
  • For new boards you can use the driver Gen 5

If you are not sure which one to use, you can check the serial number of the board (on the left side on the bottom of the frame or on your invoice). For example: i3bd8705206080… = Gen 5 >> this number tells you the generation of the board.

How to solve calibration problems with an i3 BOARD?

Display settings are different depending on the size of the board. This should be properly adjusted before you can calibrate. 

The size of the board can be found in the serial number. This number you can find on the left side on the bottom of the board. For example:

  • 770206 = 77 inch
  • 870310 = 87 inch
  • 100410 = 100 inch
  • 135410 = 135 inch

Settings:

  • 77inch = 4:3, pc display setting on 1024x768, projector settings (ratio) o 4:3 (via the projector menu)
  • 87inch = 16:10, pc display setting on 1280x800, projector settings (ratio) op 16:10 (via het projector menu)
  • 100inch = 16:9, pc display setting on 1280x720, projector settings (ratio) op 16:9 (via the projector menu)
  • 135inch = 16:6, pc display setting on 1920x720, projector settings (ratio) op 16:6 (via the projector menu)

Now you can calibrate again via de calibration button in de V-Sense driver.

What to do with touch or writing problems on an i3 BOARD

  1. Clean board and boardframe when there are writing problems. After this you should calibrate again 
  2. Unplug USB cable and plug in again
  3. Check if there are no post-its or magnets on the board or boardframe who are causing this problem.

How to solve audio problems?

Connect the audio cable with another device, for example a smartphone. If the sound works, you should check the settings of the PC/ projector. You could also test met another audio cable.

How long does a warranty apply to Vanerum products?

  • Furniture: up to 10 years
  • i3 BOARD: 5 years
  • Lamp projector: 3 years (with a maximum of 2.000 hours burn time)
  • Laserbeamer:
    • Device: 3 years
    • Light source: 5 years upon payment of extension (with a maximum of 10.000 hours burn time)  
  • i3TOUCH E Series: 8 years
